Wilma Dell Feltner, age 89, of West Chester, Ohio passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021. She was born in Yerkes, Kentucky on July 21, 1932 to Foster D. and Zola Baker (nee Couch).
Wilma is a retired Registered Nurse, who went back to school to earn this degree at age 50. She graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Sinclair College. Wilma's nursing specialty was in gerontology. She finished her work career as the Director of Nursing at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her son, James Foster Feltner; parents; sister, Donna Fugate.
Wilma is survived by her beloved daughter, Darona Carpenter; grandsons, Gregory (Angela) Carpenter, and Cory Feltner; great-granddaughters, Rosalie Rae Carpenter, and Maggie Grace Carpenter; brother, Forster Darrel Baker; and a host of other family members and friends.
The family will host a Celebration of Life Memorial Gathering on Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at 8081 Tollbridge Court, West Chester, Ohio 45069.
